Do all Maserati GranTurismos (including S types) have automatic AND manuel transmission?

I just need to clarify the differences of the normal Maserati GT and the GT S. Do they all have the option to change the transmission to Auto and Manuel?|||The S is a version of Maserati GranTurismo with ZF 6-speed automatic transmission from the base model vehicle. ZF transmission includes Auto Normal Mode, Auto Sport Mode, Auto ICE Mode, Manual Mode. Auto Normal mode shifts gears automatically at low rpm to achieve the most comfortable ride, and at higher rpm when driving style becomes more sporty. Auto Sport Mode changes gear 40% faster than in Normal Mode, downshifts when lifting off as bend approaches, activates stability control, stiffening Skyhook suspension, opens exhaust valves when engine is over 3000rpm in GranTurismo S Automatic. Auto ICE mode reduces maximum torque at the wheel, prevents 1st gear stars, and only allow gear changes up to 3000rpm.

A dry plate friction clutch comprises a driven shaft (1), a hub (2) having a hub disc (3) and a clutch plate (4), said hub being mounted on said driven shaft, a flywheel (5) against which the clutch plate (4) is adapted to be pressed in order to transfer the clutch torque, and a hydraulic, stationary bellows actuator (10) acting between two actuator rings (11, 12) which through self-aligning ball bearings (15, 16) are connected to a rigid pressure plate (8) acting directly on the clutch plate (4) and to a clutch cover (6), respectively, said clutch cover being attached to the flywheel (5).

Its a manual transmission automatically controlled. kinda like BMWs DKG type.
