Do ferrari or maserati engineers also work for fiat?

And does fiat engineers also work for for ferrari and maserati?|||ferrari and fiat are the same company|||Ferrari is a separate company under Fiat ownership; Maserati and Alfa Romeo are run as Fiat's sports-car group.

Ferrari and Maserati have an ongoing engine-sharing program, though each customizes the product. (Alfa Romeo, which isn't part of the development group, uses a version of the Ferrari/Maserati V8 in the 8C Competizione.)|||No and No.

Fiat does own both Ferrari and Maserati.

But Engineers from each company do NOT go to other companies to work.|||I'm pretty sure that Maserati and Ferrari engineers aren't proud of what FIAT produces; so if they do work for FIAT they don't tell anybody.
