Ex. the mc-12 is designed after the enzo?

I dont know what would make the mc12 any slower than the enzo ex specially since it was mottled after it. I mean if anything shouldn't it be an improvement?|||The Maserati Gran Turismo and Ferrari California and Alfa Romeo 8c are all the same cars.
The MC12 and Enzo are exactly the same cars. Same performance as well.
The Ferrari Scaglietti and Maserati Quattroporte share many parts as well.
