Is Ferrari and Maserati under a same group of company?

I heard that Ferrari is Maserati and Maserati is Ferrari? Is that true? Need the truth.|||No Ferrari did own Maserati for a while but it sold it recently to Fiat but its all the same since Fiat owns both and Alfa Romeo too.|||Yes, Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, and Fiat all work together!!
